Prawn and Avocado Kebabs Recipe

A tasty seafood kebab with avocado

Simple yet delicious kebabs made using avocado cubes and king prawns; all brought together with a seafood sauce.

Ingredients

Kebabs
2 avocados (cut into 2cm cubes)
24 cooked king prawns (peeled, deveined with the tails left intact)
Seafood sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 ½ tablespoons tomato sauce
½ small lemon juice

Recipe Instructions

Make the seafood sauce.
Mix together all the seafood sauce ingredients in a bowl.  Season with salt and pepper, cover and place in the refrigerator.  Leave to chill until ready to serve.

Make the kebabs.
Skewer the prawn and the avocado alternatively onto each cocktail stick.

Serve.
Arrange the kebabs on a plate and serve with the seafood sauce.
