Crab and avocado starter Recipe

Avocado salad with the goodness of crab
Yield: 2    Preparation Time: 5 minutes    Cooking Time: 10 minutes
A delicious recipe using tinned crab.

Ingredients

1 large Avocado
215g Fresh or tinned crabmeat
115g Low fat Philadelphia cream cheese
2 slices Prosciutto ham
1 teaspoon Tomato puree
Splash of Tabasco sauce
Salt and black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Prepare.
Slice the avocados in half and remove the stones.  Scoop out the flesh and place in a clean bowl.  Add the crabmeat, the tomato puree and the low fat cheese.  Mix well.  Add the Tabasco and salt and pepper to your taste.  Mix it all together thoroughly and spoon it back into the avocado shells.

Bake.
Top each shell with a slice of Prosciutto ham and place on a baking tray.  Bake in a preheated over at 190C for 10 minutes.  Remove from the oven and serve.
