Avocado Salsa Dip Recipe

A spicy and creamy salsa recipe that lets you reap all the health benefits of avocados.

Ingredients

1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Recipe Instructions

Mix the ingredients.
Combine all the ingredients except the feta cheese and avocado.  Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Refrigerate.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 – 3 hours.

Serve.
Add the feta cheese and avocado and serve immediately.
