Avocado and Spinach Indian Dip Recipe Recipe

An avocado dip with an Indian twist

A combination of avocado and Indian spices which is easy to make and has only a few ingredients. A completely raw food delight.


3 cups packed baby spinach leaves
2 avocados, cut in half and scooped out
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garam masala
¼ tsp salt
Freshly ground pepper

Recipe Instructions

Using a food processor, blend together the avocados, spinach and lemon juice until creamy. 

Add the garam masala, salt and pepper and blend until well combined.

A very healthy recipe!
